No WiFi available, despite being advertised. Some maintenance issues like broken locks and stiff back door.

Affable and excellent staff, I liked them all. I had apartment in downstairs bedrooms. Its kitchen had a microwave, an electric kettle and fridges.

Its location was perfect and excellent, 10 minutes walk away from Rancho Texas Park. An electric kettle, a microwave and a personal safe were provided for us. Free parking was available, the staff was very amiable and excellent😀

We had an amazing time in this lovely place. the location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the beach and situated between the charming old town and the vibrant new town. the view of the sea from our apartment was breathtaking. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a great convenience.

But overall, it didn't ruin our experience.

It had a great setting very close to beach, the old town, beach and modern strip, and shops bars. Hosts were excellent, even gave us room in downstairs bedrooms.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, being close to the Atlantic and Old Town Puerto Del Carmen. We were able to enjoy beautiful views and easily access the beach. One particular situation that stood out during our stay was the issue with the Wi-Fi. Like some other guests, we experienced poor access to Wi-Fi. However, the hotel staff quickly responded to our concerns and provided us with alternative options, such as purchasing a data sim card. They were very helpful in ensuring that we had reliable internet for our business needs.

Great value for money, with a nice sea view from the balcony. The location was perfect, close to the main strip but far enough from the noise. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the night receptionist who gave us good advice on moving apartments to address a cockroach issue.

TV with English channels. Regular cleaning service throughout the week. Would consider staying again if rooms were improved.

I recently stayed at Apartamentos Guanarama for a short diving trip. The apartment had a lovely view of the sea and was very clean. The two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath, were perfect for my diving needs. The hot water was really, really hot, so be careful. The location was quiet and convenient, with a short walk to the beach and shops. I loved the enclosed patio area for drying my wetsuit, and all my diving equipment was safely stored there. great value for money and a fantastic stay.

The apartment was spacious and well-maintained, with a lovely sea view. The cleaning staff came every other day to change towels and bed linen, ensuring a comfortable and clean stay. It was a short walk to a quiet beach and nearby shops, making it convenient for exploring the area. it was a great value for money and I would happily stay there again.

I had a fantastic stay at Apartamentos Guanarama. The location was excellent, with a stunning view over the rooftops to the sea. It was just a short walk to the nearest beach, shops, old town, and the main strip. The apartment was clean and tidy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The duplex layout was convenient, with the bedrooms and toilets downstairs, and the kitchen/living area and sunny balcony upstairs. The unit was regularly cleaned and the staff did an excellent job. I was very impressed with the location and the amenities provided.

The location was fantastic, with stunning scenery all around. We were just a stone's throw away from the beach and within walking distance of the main strip and the old town. the staff at the neighboring Costa Volcan were friendly and helpful. Plus, the apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities.

There were a few negatives during our Christmas stay. the bedrooms could definitely use some improvements, with stains on the walls and dark wood sliding doors for the wardrobes that we didn't even use.
